A 5-day immersion at the Forensic Physiotherapy Office in Florianópolis, living the real routine of a physiotherapist expert witness: physical-functional examination, ad hoc opinion, work-system examination, rebuttal and labor-court expert report — with real expert writing alongside the mentor.
For physiotherapists. Based on Brazilian labor law and court procedure · Taught in Portuguese.

Prof. Dr. Ricardo Wallace is the creator of this discipline — Forensic Physiotherapy —, established with ABFF in 2009, and is known by many as its “father”. He is also the creator, editor and author of several chapters of the Tratado de Fisioterapia Forense — now in its 2nd edition — covering the general part and 16 areas of practice.
Anyone who wants to work in forensic physiotherapy without knowing Prof. Wallace’s work has not yet completed their training.
Labor-court expert work is one of the most respected areas of physiotherapy in Brazil — and one of the least taught in practice. Here you follow real examinations and actually write the documents an expert delivers.

Very few physiotherapists in Brazil sign reports as experts appointed by the Labor Courts. Dr. Wallace is one of them: he has worked for TRT-12 since 2016 and is the creator, editor and author of several chapters of the Tratado de Fisioterapia Forense (2nd edition, ABFF), the reference work in the field.
He is also an ad hoc consultant to the Labor Prosecution Office (MPT-12) and an arbitrator at the Physiotherapy Arbitration Chamber. He works as court expert, legal consultant and independent auditor — the three roles you experience during this week.
